How to update

Requirements

Updating requires a PC or Laptop with a Bluetooth adapter or card. Updating cannot be done via PDA or mobile phone.

PC cards

Choose the appropriate Bluetooth PC card manufacturer from the list to see a description of the update procedure:

• 3Com/HP Wireless Bluetooth PC card
• IBM Bluetooth PC card
• Motorola Bluetooth PC card
• Toshiba Bluetooth PC card

USB adapters

Choose the appropriate Bluetooth USB adapter manufacturer from the list to see a description of the update procedure:

• 3Com Wireless Bluetooth USB Adapter
• Compaq Bluetooth Multiport Module
• IBM Bluetooth UltraPort Module
• Acer Bluetooth Mini USB Adapter
• Other Bluetooth USB devices using 'My Bluetooth Places'

Note: If you use the Bluetooth Printer Adapter with Microsoft Windows XP SP2 built-in Bluetooth feature or Bluetooth Service Center from Toshiba contact your local MPI Tech support center for details on updating.
