How to print with PDAs running Pocket PC

Printing using PrintPocketCE
PrintPocketCE can only be used to print MS Office documents and e-mails. Download other print utilities from Field Software to print other kinds of documents.
- Power on your printer and your Bluetooth Printer Adapter
- Download the PrintPocketCE from Field Software and install PrintPocketCE on your IPAQ
- Turn on Bluetooth radio. The Bluetooth radio button is located on the main desktop window in the lower right corner as a blue button with arrows pointing up and down
- In the Start menu press Bluetooth Manager
- In the Bluetooth Manager, press Search located at the bottom of the screen. The IPAQ now searches for the Bluetooth Printer Adapter
- After a couple of seconds a list will be displayed showing all new Bluetooth Devices found. Enable the checkbox for the Bluetooth enabled printer and press the Save button. Save the printer in a group fitting your need (Default groups are Home, Work and All Devices)
- Press OK in the upper right corner of the menu to shut down the Group window
- Press the X button in the upper right corner to shut down the Bluetooth Manager
- Create a MS Office application document. Save the document
- In the Start menu press Programs. Then press PrintPocketCE
- Locate the MS Office application document in the folder in which you saved it and click on it. Notice in the buttom of the screen how Word, Excel and mail files are sorted under different icons
- Configure the settings needed for your printer. The port setting should be "Bluetooth: Compaq BT". Other settings such as printer driver; color/mono and paper size depend on the printer model used
- Press the Start Printing button. A dialog box will pop up on your screen and you will see it read "Printing in progress". A few seconds later your printer will start printing
