The PDF files generated by DocOut™ do not print or print only partly.

DocOut™ generated PDF files cannot be printed on PostScript printers from Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or 4.05. Instead you must use Acrobat Reader 3.x or print to a non-PostScript printer.

Further more you must ensure that DocOut™ is set up to print via a Logon account (This Account). See steps below:

1. Click the Start menu, point to Settings, and then clickControl Panel.
2. Double-click the Services icon in the Control Panel.
3. Select the DocOut™ service and click Startup...
   The dialog below displays. Enter the account name in This Account.
