FAQ
Why can't I start the DocOut service?
If you assign a logon account to the DocOut service and the DocOut service will not start (you will see an error code 1069), it might be the selected logon account that has no rights to log on as a service. To fix this you have to change your user rights policy.
Windows NT:
- Open the User Manager (Start Menu | Programs | Administrative Tools | User Manager for Domains).
- Select 'User Rights...' from the 'Policies' menu.
- Check the 'Show Advanced User Rights' checkbox.
- Select 'Log on as a service' in the 'Right' dropdown list.
- Add the users or groups you want to have rights to 'Log on as a service'.
Windows 2000:
- Open the User Manager (Start Menu | Programs | Administrative Tools | Local Security Settings).
- Select the node 'Security Settings | Local Policies | User Rights Assignment' from the leftmost.tree view.
- Double-click 'Log on as a service' in the rightmost list.
- Add the users or groups you want to have rights to 'Log on as a service'.
