How to add a printer to mainframe TCP/IP (IPDS)

PSF start-up procedure

The mainframe's PSF Start-up Procedure must contain a printer definition that includes IPADDR and PORTNO.

• IPADDR should be set to the IP Address of the machine where DocOut™ is installed.
• PORTNO holds the value of the TCP/IP port number, and should match the one specified in the Logical Printer Wizard and the PrintGuide™ PPD configuration tab. The range of PORTNO is 5001 - 5004.
