How to enter a test key for DocOut™

Special requirements

DocOut™ must be version 061.070 or higher. PrintGuide™ must be version 065.080 or higher.

Do the following:

1. Start PrintGuide™.
2. Locate and highlight the DocOut™ PrintServer in the list.
3. Select PrintServer, Register PrintServer, Authorize.
4. Enter the License Key and click OK.
   Notes:
   a)The evaluation key is assigned by MPI Tech along with an expiration date, typically via e-mail. We recommend you copy and paste the key from the e-mail.
   b)The serial number field is used with licensed production versions only.
5. Enter the password to confirm download to the DocOut™ and click OK.
6. Wait for download confirmation and click OK.
7. Monitor the DocOut™ restart.

The evaluation extension key can be inserted in DocOut™ regardless of whether the previous evaluation period has expired. The expiry date can be seen in Windows NT's Event Viewer and in the PrintGuide™ Show Info Viewer.
