The Linux based alternative for IBM host printing

DocOut Linux™ is a software print server designed for the IBM environment. It runs on Linux based servers.

DocOut Linux™ provides a method to receive host print data (ICDS and IPDS) via TCP/IP and convert host print data to PCL, Postscript or PDF for distribution to existing LAN print devices.

DocOut Linux™ connects to multiple IBM host and midrange systems, and can process host print input to address the needs of heterogeneous print environments.
