CAUTION

Static electricity can damage the IPDS SIMM. You should either wear an anti static wrist wrap, or frequently touch the metal surface of the printer.

Printer Memory

Before initial installation, we recommend that you print a configuration sheet to verify that your printer has enough memory to support the IPDS SIMM.

New Menus in Printer's Control Panel

After installation of the IPDS SIMM your printer's control panel will feature an IPDS menu. Refer to the IPDS SIMM Lexmark Userīs Guide for details.
