How do you configure a PrintServer using TCP/IP-protocol on a Windows 95/98 system?

PING a computer on the network, and then run the following:

Arp -s xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx yy-yy-yy-yy-yy-yy

Where x is the IP address and y is the selected MAC-Address according to the settings printout. Any further configuration is either done with a web browser or PrintGuide™.
