How to configure the PrintServer using Telnet
Note: Requires that the TCP/IP protocol is configured and that an IP Address has been assigned.
Syntax
-
- telnet <IP Address>
A Telnet session
- From the command prompt issue the telnet command.
Example: telnet 194.192.134.86
- The PrintServer will prompt for userid and password. The factory default is adm for both.
- Navigate the menus by use of keys and make your modifications as required. The configuration modifications are activated by a Save Configuration and Restart PrintServer.
