Why did all the Logical Printers with IPDS disappear from my LinkCom™ Xpress after I updated the firmware?

If you have any of the below PrintServers with IPDS support and wish to update to the latest firmware (S80 xxx.510 or later), you must return the PrintServer to MPI Tech. For further details please contact our Customer Response Center.
