When I turn on the LinkCom™, 10 base T/10 Base 2, I get the error message "Lan Error 8200" printed on the printer, and the LED's are all blinking. What is wrong?

The Red Rotary switch is positioned incorrectly. Power the device off and make sure that the Red Rotary switch (white line indicator) is in a valid position, IT, OT, I2 or O2. Then power the device back on.
