MPI Tech introduces new Bluetooth Printer Adapter with USB

Today MPI Tech introduces the worlds first commercially available Bluetooth Printer Adapter for USB printers. As many new printers only are equipped with a USB Port MPI Tech has seen the need for this new product to combine the freedom of wireless printing with the latest printer technology.

MPI Tech Bluetooth Printer Adapter USB is based on the proven Bluetooth technology that is used in the MPI Tech Bluetooth Printer Adapter with the parallel port that was introduced November 2001.

The MPI Tech Bluetooth Printer Adapter USB supports printing from Windows XP without the need of installing additional firmware.

The new MPI Tech Bluetooth Printer Adapter USB is tested to work with Bluetooth equipment delivered by the worlds leading suppliers of Bluetooth products including 3Com, HP/Compaq, Microsoft, Ericsson and Palm. It is also qualified by the Bluetooth Special Interest Group to comply with the interoperability requirements defined by the Bluetooth community.
