Since the PrintServer was attached to the network it has been impossible to get in contact with and all the LEDs are turned off. Why is that?

Perhaps port 1 or 2 was used to attach to the existing network or a hub? Read about Hub Functionality, and remember to use the PrintServer's port 3 when attaching to an existing network or another hub.
