Before you report a problem, please make sure to have the latest software for your MPI Tech product.
When reporting a problem, please provide all relevant information concerning the problem:

  • Error description
  • Configuration sheet from the product
    Press the TEST button on the product or save the configuration file from PrintGuide
  • Configuration sheet from the printer
  • Environment configuration (S/390, AS/400, NT etc.)
  • Correct and incorrect print example
    Please mark the error on the examples
