Full creative control with company document templates
Any marketing manager, brand manager or sales manager know that it is a challenge to make sure that all employees always use the correct version of the company document templates. It is no easy task to get everyone updated each time changes are made to company stationery or other documents.
With Print Sampler from the MPI Tech Design Suite anyone can write their letter, make a sales quote or any other piece of outbound communication.
When the document is ready all you have to do is:
- Call the Print Sampler dialogue (instead of your ordinary printer or PDT generator).
- Select the stationery (overlay) for the specific letter, statement or document type.
- Add standard pages to sales quotes and statements with terms and conditions and hit print.
- The document is either sent to a printer of created as a PDF.
The design manager is in control, only she can create and change the templates, and she can even decide who can use which templates.
Another benefit is that you never end up with piles of unused obsolete stationery when you change a logo or and address. Everything is up to date and fully electronic and you save space and reduce waste.
