Accessibility Statement
MPI Tech undertakes to make its internet, intranet, and extranet sites and its software packages accessible (as well as its mobile applications) in accordance with Article 47 of French law number 2005-102 of February 11, 2005 and the European Accessibility Act (EN 301 549 V3.2.1).
To this end, MPI Tech is implementing the following strategy and actions:

Conformity status
The MPI Tech website is partially compliant with the RGAA (the French référentiel général d’amélioration de l’accessibilité), version 4, and he European Accessibility Act (EN 301 549 V3.2.1) due to the non-conformities and derogations listed below.
We are firmly committed to a web for all. Our long-term, responsible vision is to be fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
Test results
The 106-criteria compliance audit was carried out on the Ara government website (https://ara.numerique.gouv.fr/) and revealed an overall compliance rate of 77%.
The overall compliance rate is calculated as follows:

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons.
Non-conformities
Several items of non-conformity are described in this document, some of which recur on many pages:
- Certain information-bearing images with alternative text, contain irrelevant or untranslated text alternatives.
- Information images do not contain descriptions.
- Information-carrying text images lack a replacement mechanism.
- Contrast between text color and background color is not sufficiently high.
- Certain colors used in interface components or graphic elements carrying information are not sufficiently contrasted.
- Links do not have titles.
- Information on some pages containing forms remains incomprehensible when style sheets are deactivated.
- For each element receiving the focus, the focus is not systematically visible.
- Not all of the additional content that appears when a user focuses on or hovers over an interface component can be controlled by the user.
