Accessibility Statement

MPI Tech undertakes to make its internet, intranet, and extranet sites and its software packages accessible (as well as its mobile applications) in accordance with Article 47 of French law number 2005-102 of February 11, 2005 and the European Accessibility Act (EN 301 549 V3.2.1).

This accessibility statement applies to the site https://www.mpitech.com

Conformity status

The MPI Tech website is partially compliant with the RGAA (the French référentiel général d’amélioration de l’accessibilité), version 4, and he European Accessibility Act (EN 301 549 V3.2.1) due to the non-conformities and derogations listed below.

We are firmly committed to a web for all. Our long-term, responsible vision is to be fully compliant with regulatory requirements.

Test results

The 106-criteria compliance audit was carried out on the Ara government website (https://ara.numerique.gouv.fr/) and revealed an overall compliance rate of 77%.

The overall compliance rate is calculated as follows:

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons.

Non-conformities

Several items of non-conformity are described in this document, some of which recur on many pages:

  • Certain information-bearing images with alternative text, contain irrelevant or untranslated text alternatives. 
  • Information images do not contain descriptions.
  • Information-carrying text images lack a replacement mechanism.
  • Contrast between text color and background color is not sufficiently high.
  • Certain colors used in interface components or graphic elements carrying information are not sufficiently contrasted.
  • Links do not have titles.
  • Information on some pages containing forms remains incomprehensible when style sheets are deactivated.
  • For each element receiving the focus, the focus is not systematically visible.
  • Not all of the additional content that appears when a user focuses on or hovers over an interface component can be controlled by the user.
  • Forms

Planned improvements

Multi-year plan 2026–2027

MPI Tech is committed to continuing to improve the accessibility of its website during the 2026–2027 period. The planned actions are prioritized based on their impact on access to content, navigation, and the use of forms.

End of 2026: Priority fixes and blocking issues

  • Add descriptive text to images that convey information.
  • Implement an alternative text mechanism for images that convey information.
  • Correct insufficient contrast between text and its background.
  • Correct insufficient contrast in interface components and graphic elements that convey information.
  • Add titles to links that do not have them.
  • Make the focus indicator visible for each interactive element.
  • Ensure that the content of pages containing forms is understandable when style sheets are disabled.
  • Correct form fields that lack labels.
  • Assign relevant labels to the appropriate form fields.
  • Place labels closer to the fields they are associated with.

Late 2027: interactions, keyboard navigation, and dynamic content

  • Make additional content that appears on hover or when focus is acquired controllable by the user.
  • Make additional content that appears on hover, when focus is acquired, or when an interface component is activated accessible via the keyboard.
  • Continue testing keyboard navigation on the site’s main pages.
  • Verify the accessibility of new content published on the site.
  • Update the accessibility statement based on the corrections made and upcoming audits.
